With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Schehl (Caldwell, Ohio), who passed away on March 9, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Leo Gerst; her husband Robert Joseph Schehl; her granddaughter Angela Schehl Gildow; and her siblings, Raymond Gerst, Herman Gerst, Don Gerst, Raphael Gerst, Bernetta Brahler, Leoba Noll and Evelyn Rohrig.
She is survived by: her parent Dena Hupp Gerst; her children, Jane Schehl of Cambridge, Daniel Schehl (Mary Lou) of Caldwell, Jerry Schehl (Jeannie) of Byesville, OH and Allan Schehl (Lauren) of Caldwell; and her grandchildren, Chris Hager (Shelby), Yvonne Hager, Steve Schehl (Jenny), Don Schehl (Patty), Michael Schehl (Christine), Matt Schehl (Amy), Nathan Schehl (Carrie), Beth Porter (Erik), Joan Sliman (Rob), Brian Schehl, Katie Schehl, Bob Schehl (Regina) and Aaron Clark (Maria). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
