She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Grant and Evelyn Loretta Davis McElfresh; and her husband William S. "Bill" Parks. She is survived by: her children, Micah Parks (Cynthia) of Cincinnati, OH, Wesley Parks of Zanesville, OH, Shawna Parks of Norwich, OH and Merrilee Ward (Justin) of Marietta, OH; her grandchildren, Tyler Parks (Emily), Sydney Jamison (Taylor), Cody, Allie Ann, Lincoln and Logan; her great grandchild Claire Parks; and her brother Tom McElfresh (Joyce) of Caldwell, OH.. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home and Cremation Service (609 West St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
