She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rex Casey, John and Columbia Hughey; and her uncles, Bradley Casey and Terry Hughey.
She is survived by: her parents, James R. Hughey and Wendy L. Casey Hughey of Caldwell; her son Bradley James Hughey; her grandmother Charlotte R. Casey Brumage of Sarahsville; her brothers, Charles W. Hughey (Rhoda) of Summerfield and Eric J. Hughey (Amanda Smith) of Circleville; her niece Casey; and her nephews, Kenny Hughey and Isaac Smith. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Ephraim Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to an education fund for Samantha's son Bradley at People's Bank, 415 Main Street, Caldwell, Ohio, 43724.
