She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Lenley D. and Dorotha M. Cramer Addis; her husband Donald W. McElfresh; her sons, Brian Earl McElfresh and Steven Grant McElfresh; and her brother Roy D. Addis.
She is survived by: her brothers, Joseph Dale Addis (Joy) of Hilliard and Mark D. Addis (Irene) of Pleasant City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
