He is survived by: his children, Chris Sampson (Carol) of Lower Salem, OH, Karen Mullins (William) of Marietta, OH, Sara Nutter (Michael) of Caldwell, OH, Rachael Jones (Matthew) of Union City, TN and Amy Crawford (John) of Winchester, OH. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
