It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robin L. Riggs of Caldwell, Ohio, born in Beverly, Ohio, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edward; and his siblings, Patty A. Riggs and Larry E. Riggs. He is survived by: his children, Allison M. Murphy of Caldwell and Morgan L. McPeek (Hunter) of Guysville; his grandchildren, Zoie Mackie, Hunter Mackie, Cayden Mackie and Reid Hayes; his former wife Penny Frame; and his cousins, Jack Russell and Peanut. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
