He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Wayne and Loretta Ruth Jenkins Blair; his wife Marlene Sue Poulton Blair; and his siblings, Linda Sue Kuhn, Ruth Ann Blair and Edward Lee Blair.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Ann Leasure (Fred) of Caldwell and Bobbie Lynn Cantwell (Lee Cobb) of Belpre; his grandchildren, Dustin Leasure of Derek Leasure, R. J and Jamie Cantwell; and his siblings, Ronnie Blair (Sonya) of Lower Salem, Wesley Blair of Marietta, Jeannie Blair of Marietta, David Blair of Marietta, Larry Blair of Zanesville, Charles Blair (Mary Etta) of Waterford, James Blair of Lower Salem and Daniel Blair of Lower Salem. He is also survived by one great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
