He was predeceased by: his brother Jody D. Ingram; and his stepfather Marvin Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Amel Ingram of Kentucky and Carol June Bivens Miller of Fulda, OH.; his wife Catherine Law Ingram; his stepchildren, Benjamin Pickenpaugh of Zanesville, OH, Carrie Davis of Caldwell and Matthew Pickenpaugh of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Lauren, Cadence, Tomlin and Hayden; and his siblings, Amel Ingram (Lisa) of Pennsylvania, Terry Ingram of Fulda, Ed Ingram (Lisa) of Fulda, Wesley Ingram of Morristown, OH and Kenneth Ingram (Andrea) of Caldwell. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
