He was predeceased by: his former wife Debbie Bailey; and his siblings, Marie Hall, Glenna Watson, Bill, Charlie and Henry Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Merrill, David Bailey (Brittney), Tim Robinson (Cassie), Tony Carpenter (Kathy), T. C. Carpenter and Bobby Carpenter; his grandchildren, Jessica Merrill, Ashley Howell (Adam), Connor Bailey of Lauren Bailey, T. J, Amanda Kerr, Cory Nichols, Tommy Carpenter, Jason Carpenter (Megan), Amber Neff (Johnathan), Aaron Carpenter, Johnathan Carpenter, Ethan Carpenter and Tara Carpenter; his wife Ann M. Turner Bailey; his brother Frankie Bailey (Joyce); his former wife Kathrine Szymczyk; and his close friends, Jim and Christine O'Brien.
