He was predeceased by: his parent Jasper Grant. He is survived by: his parent Maggie M. Gray Presnell; his wife Deborah B. Plymire Presnell; his children, Stacy D. Hill (Bryan McCoy) of Columbus, Tracy S. Presnell (Beth) of Cambridge, Jessica E. of Thomas, II, Bill D. Lanning (Donna) of Byesville and Jennifer L. Anglin (Nathan) of Grove City; and his siblings, Robert R. Presnell of North Carolina, Grant Presnell (Dorothy) of North Carolina, Geneva Lofton of North Carolina, Randolph Scott Presnell (Anita) of Montana and Roger Presnell (Sandy) of Caldwell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
