He was predeceased by: his parent Irvil F.; his son Paul E. Garvin; and his siblings, George Garvin, Dale Garvin, Ruth Hendershot and Gladys Windland.
He is survived by: his parent Edna Mae Woodford Garvin; his wife Deanna Marquis Garvin; his children, Alan Garvin (Rowena) of Caldwell, Dale E. Garvin (Ann) of Caldwell and Lynn E. Garvin (Mike Christman) of Blacklick, OH; his grandchildren, Jason Garvin, Erika Copley (Steven), Chase Garvin (Tina), Whitney Garvin (Phillip Schoeppner) and Shae Bouey (Patrick); and his siblings, Darwin Garvin of Caldwell, Ronnie Garvin (Sue Langley) of Caldwell and Doris Wagner (Roger) of Beverly, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
