He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall L. Spear and Josie Smith Spear. He is survived by: his wife Amber J. Greenhoe Spear; his children, Bernice Spear, Aaron Spear (Wendy), Earl Spear (Sheryl), Mary Spear (John Persinger), Alyssa Spear and Alexandra Greenhoe; his grandchildren, Samantha Spear (Billy Snyder), Tanya Stalnaker, Katie Wheeler (Chance), Hank Combs, Aaron Jr. Spear (Sheridan), Ryan Spear, Gage Howard, Jayden Spear and Kody McKinney; and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Harlie, Damen, Brenton, Ryker and Wesley.
