He was predeceased by: his mother Lois I. Neff (Stone); his brother Ronald Neff; his sister-in-law Lela Neff; his parents-in-law, Clyde Parks and Mary Parks; and his siblings-in-law, Eddie Parks, George King, Kittie Jo King and Becky Stoffer (Parks).
He is survived by: his father Auredith D. Neff; his wife Sally; his children, L. Shaun Neff (Deborah) of Caldwell, Tonda Lynn Hall of Scottsdale, AZ and Julie Ann (Curtis Mettler) of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Stacy Parks (Brian), Troy Neff (Mindy), Michael Neff (Patricia), Cortney Marazzo (Adam), Jenna Pangle (Bryan Winchel), Travis Mettler and Jessica Brown (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Haylee, Whyatt, Hunter Parks, Andrew, Gabe Neff, Parker, Dominick, Maverick, Emerick, Landrick Neff, Jackson, Hudson, Maxson Marazzo, Harleigh, Camreigh Winchel, Waylon, Alivia, Carsyn and Cooper Brown; and his sisters-in-law, Patsy Lawrence and Shirley Hayes (Parks). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
