She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nolan and Minnie Myrl Bennett Carr; her husband Kenneth E. Perkins, Jr.; and her siblings, Virginia Templeton, Ruth Fowler, Joanne Carr, William, Wilbert, Robert, Donald and Arthur Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Perkins (Robin) of Caldwell and Patti Perkins of Cambridge; her grandson Kasey Perkins (Emilee) of Caldwell; her great grandchild Kenna Marie Perkins; and her siblings, Linda Cain of Canton, Gary Carr (Linda) of Richfield and Alice Stull (Roger) of Pickerington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
