Clark (Shelby) of West Lafayette; and his siblings, William Clark (Cindy) of Middleburg, Marilyn Shafer (Denny) of Caldwell, Margaret Perry (Doug) of Hendersonville and Lori Clark Rossiter of Caldwell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
