We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2022, at the age of 85, JoAnn E. Rager of Caldwell, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Burch and Anna Churella Burch; her husband Ralph B. Rager; and her children, Dianna Rager and Jeffry Rager.
She is survived by: her daughters, Penny S. Augenstein (Chuck) of Caldwell and Brenda L. Anthony (David) of Bloomingdale. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
