He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Eldred and Mary Ruth Buckey; and his sister Brenda Barlock. He is survived by: his wife Pamela K. Johnson Buckey; his children, James Buckey (Kayla) of Caldwell and Meg Elliott (Shane) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, James, Bennett and Zetta; his brother Robert "Bob" Buckey (Nona) of Texas; and his parents-in-law, Linda and John Carter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
