She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Mendenhall and Clarice Danford Mendenhall; her husband Herbert W. Ramsey; her children, Peggy L. Snyder (Robert), Brenda L. Halberstadt, John Herbert Ramsey and Gregory Lee Ramsey; and her siblings, Janet F. Bertram, Geneva J. Foraker and C. Merritt Mendenhall.
She is survived by: her son Jerry A. Ramsey (Brenda) of Summerfield; her granddaughters, Jennifer L. Kellogg (Michael) of Rome, Amy L. Cain of Caldwell, Amber N. Ramsey of Caldwell and Jennifer E. Stotts (Jeremy) of Beverly; her son-in-law Paul Halberstadt of Zanesville; and her close friends, Galen and Candie Long of Caldwell. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
