He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Rine and Virginia White Rine; and his siblings, Rosalie Talbot and Roger P. Byard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Miller Turner; his sons, Jerry E. Turner (Lisa) of Caldwell and John F. Turner of Caldwell; his granddaughter Katelyn Turner; and his sister Carolyn Rose of Wheeling, WV.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
