He is survived by: his parent Hazel Laura Groves Hall; and his children, Harry Junior Hall (Linda) of Wingett Run, Merle O. Hall (Sue) of Marietta, Laura M. Hall of Kentucky, Linda M. Starr of Jefferson and Larry D. Hall (April) of Sarahsville.
