He is survived by: his daughter Hannah Antill of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Waylon Walker and Westen Walker; his siblings, Lisa Jamiel of Zanesville, Chad Bates of Columbus, OH and Brenda Bates (Chuck Bittner) of Zanesville; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Jamiel, Rachel Jamiel Forshey (Cameron), Devin Williams, Bryan Fulkerson, Chris Hupp and Cody Bittner; his pet Mickey; his uncle Kenny Shafer; and his aunt Lucy Long.
