He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Parks and Pearl Ramsey Elliott; his sister Frela I. Harmon McKee; and his brother-in-law Herb Hurst. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Reed Elliott; his children, Tamela S. "Tammy" Zwick (Michael) of Summerfield, Peggy S. Forshey (Patrick) of Howard and Dean E. Elliott (Valerie) of Orlando, Florida; his sister Lois Ann Hurst of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Cole, Ashley, Dara, Mattea, Andrew, Michael-Scott and Joshua-Cristian; and his brother-in-law James Reed (Diane) of Sarahsville. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
