He is survived by: his wife Sally; his sons, Russell Powers (Janet) of Caldwell and Phillip Powers (Jennifer) of Columbus; his grandsons, Aaron Powers (Andrea) of Reno and Deven Powers of Caldwell; and his brother Keith Powers (Tara) of Richwood.
