It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Zajdel Sr. of Caldwell, Ohio, born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Zajdel and Violet Houck Zajdel; and his sister Angie Lunn. He is survived by: his children, Dianne C. Engelhart of Cambridge, Donald E. Zajdel, Jr. (Renee) of Wakeman and Elizabeth "Beth" Zajdel (Mary Davis) of Cleveland; and his siblings, Delores Johnston of North Carolina and Albert Zajdel of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
