He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Spicer, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Clark Donohue. He is survived by: his mother Carol S. Collins Spicer; his children, Dennis E. Spicer of Caldwell and Dawn Ann Triplett (Brian) of Caldwell; his grandsons, D. J. Carver, Brantley Triplett, Alex Triplett and Cooper Triplett; the mother of his children Donna Jean Spicer of Caldwell; his sisters, Teresa E. Duvall (Jeff) of Salesville and Connie S. Donohue of Blue Rock; and his aunt Ethel Jean Abrams of Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
