She is survived by: her husband David A. Cartell; her children, Michael A. Cartell of McConnelsville and Michelle D. Grubb (Steve) of East Union; her siblings, Cheryl Keith (Paul) of Caldwell, Kay Reed of Caldwell and Mike Carter (Jan) of Caldwell; and her grandchildren, Jordan Mincks, Mattie Angela Grubb and Bayli Michelle Grubb. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
