He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. "J. B." Foraker and Edna B. Sprague Foraker; his wife Geneva J. Mendenhall Foraker; his siblings, Ruth Zimmerman, Dean Foraker, Bernard Foraker and Carl Foraker; and his son-in-law Robert D. "Bob" McElfresh.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia A. "Patty" McElfresh of Caldwell, Ronnie G. Foraker (Denise D.) of Belpre and Donald R. "Beanie" Foraker (Stacy M.) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Shelley Barlock (Bill), Benjy Thompson (Chasity), Brandey Mincks (Joey), Kelsey Hallowell (Zeb), Kimberley Burns (Brett), Dustin Foraker, Kyla Moore (Greg), Anthony Foraker (Mindy), Ashley St. Clair, Joshua St. Clair, Rachael Harpold (Shane) and Matthew Foraker; his sister Reva E. Lori (Paul E.) of Lancaster; and his sister-in-law V. Jean Ramsey of Caldwell. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
