He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bruce and Maggie Parks Wiley; his wife Norma True Love Wiley; his son Charles David Wiley; his grandson Justin Haas; his great grandchild Emilee Van Fossen; and his siblings, Etta Burrier, Ethel Iams, Walter, Wayne, Joe, Gene and Ray Wiley.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Elaine Muir (Buc) of Mt. Vernon, Marcia Sue Lorenz (Bob) of Edmond, Dixie Lynn Haas (Wayne) of Concord and Terry Lee Wiley (Kathy) of Summerfield. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
