He is survived by: his sons, Codey Carter (Kimberly) of New Concord, OH and Cole Carter (Briann) of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Camren, Kailie, Cason and Leighton Carter; his stepgrandchildren, Wyatt Williams and Carlie Nezbeth; and his siblings, Cheryl Keith (Paul) of Caldwell, Deb Cartell (Dave) of Caldwell, Kay Reed of Caldwell and Mike Carter (Jan) of Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
