He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur DeVoll and Clara Bramley DeVoll; his granddaughter Tiffany Renee Feldner; and his brothers, Myron and Norman Lee DeVoll.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Lucas (Dave), Tonda Feldner (Roger) and Shaun DeVoll (Andrea); his grandchildren, Michael Lucas (Melissa), Lindsay Baker (Troy), Lacey Biedenbach (Jacob), Brittany Noll (Nick) and Brandon Feldner (Kylin); his great grandchildren, Natilee, Nash Noll, Elle, Lucas Baker, Kyla Adalyn, Arabella, Easton Lucas, Bentley, Emmy Biedenbach, Bryor and Zayde Feldner; his wife Linda Kay Rossiter DeVoll; and his sister Maxine Sickmiller of Michigan.
Due to current Covid conditions, it is recommended that guests take safety precautions at all gatherings.
