She was predeceased by: her parents, Worthy Glenn "Joe" and Isabel Snodgrass Milliken; her husband Jerry D. Graham; and her brother John W. Milliken. She is survived by: her children, Jerry D. Graham, Jr. of Cadiz, Kimberly Kelley of Smithfield and Julie Kovarik (Randy) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, B. J., Kelsey, Kourtney, Jacob, Jack, Trey, Taryn, Jessica and Tristen; her great grandchildren, Liam, Phillip, Kaiden, Ivy, Lorelei, Teagan and Nash; her brothers, Jim Milliken of Cadiz and Danny Joe Milliken (Lisa) of Harrisville; and her sister-in-law Helen Milliken.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to establish a fund for a Memorial Bench to be placed at Sally Buffalo Park, c/o Julie Kovarik, 224 Liming Drive, Cadiz, Ohio 43907.
