She is survived by: her parents, Larry Faulkner of Wheeling, WV and Denise Kakascik (Core) of Brilliant, OH.; her daughter Amber Fleming-Watson of Cadiz, OH; her grandchildren, Aleah and Alexis Watson; her close friend Joseph Outward of Yorkville, OH; her brother Trevis Faulkner of Mt. Vernon, OH; her half-sister Ashley Singer (Zach) of Wheeling, WV; her stepsiblings, Jason Kakascik (Ruth Becca) of Mingo Junction, OH, Donnie Kakascik of Wintersville, OH and Rene Derosa (Mark) of Howard, OH; her aunt Marsha Core of Philadelphia, PA; her uncle Tom Faulkner (Charlotte) of Rush Run; her close friend Jennifer Borton; and her pet Bailey.
Her family is requesting that if you have not been fully vaccinated, please wear a mask.
