It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Mingus of Cadiz, Ohio, born in Dennison, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Weaver and Mildred Weaver; her close friend Clyde Everett Wright; her husband Gary Wendell Mingus; and her siblings, Roger Hursey, Tom Weaver and Tammy Weaver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffaney Marbais (Lonnie) of Cadiz, Toni Mingus of Cadiz and Tanya Mingus of Rockledge, Florida; her grandchildren, Zachary, Gabriel, Olivia and Evelyn; her brothers, Robert Hursey (Melissa) of Jewett and Victor Hursey (Barb) of Roswell, Ohio; and her sister-in-law Joan Weaver of Jewett, Ohio..
