We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2022, at the age of 59, Thomas Harold Carter of Cadiz, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Carter and Janet McKee Carter. He is survived by: his wife Tami Lynn Carter; his son Kyle Carter (Carly); his grandson James Thomas (JT) of Cadiz; his daughter Kaci Lynn of Dunlap; his brother Jim (Diane) of Wadsworth, OH; his brother-in-law Chad Ankeny (Deanna) of Louisville, OH; his parents-in-law, Sally Ankeny of Cadiz and Ed Stark (Vicky) of Jewett, OH; his aunts, Marie McKee of Boston, MA, Carolyn Greer of Cadiz, OH and Marsha Scott of New Philadelphia, OH; and his uncle John Parkinson Adena. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
