It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Stire of Cadiz, Ohio, born in Lumberport, West Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Virgil Schrader and Nola Pearl Schrader; and her siblings, William D. Schrader (Doris) and Mary Anna Chrisman. She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Stire; her children, Sherri Sliva (Pat), Donna Mattern and David Stire (Carrie); her grandchildren, Amber Rusciano, Kristy Visser (John), Brittany Esarey (Bryan), Bethany Passmore (Cory), Matt Guthrie, Benjamin Stire and Claire Woodruff (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Roderick Cowans, Isaiah Cowans, Jakob Cowans, Emma Rusciano, Toby Rusciano of Peyton Visser, J. B, Bryson Mattern, Caydence Esarey, Adelyn Esarey, Bryan Esarey, Cobe Passmore, Cameron Passmore, Presley Guthrie and Owen Guthrie; her great great grandchild Raya Cowans; and her sisters, June Howe, Wilma Howe and Eileen Newbrough (Raymond). She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
