He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Moreland and Clara "Edith" Tedrow Moreland. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Unterzuber Moreland; his children, Janelle Moore (Dustyn), Jacob Modra (Stacy) of Mt. Vernon and Tyler Moreland of Cadiz; his grandson Jerott Myles; his siblings, James Moreland of Webster Springs, Dale Moreland of Norfolk, Virginia, Donna Merryman of Hopedale and Sally Moreland of Scio; and his niece Cherie Merryman (Ron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
