He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bowersock and Velma McCune Bowersock. He is survived by: his brother John Bowersock; his wife Penny Smith Bowersock; his children, Linda Bowersock, Russell Bowersock, Jr., Kenneth (Jessica Bowersock), Andrew (Dawn Bowersock), Anthony (Natalie Bowersock) and Nathaniel (Dani Bowersock); his parents-in-law, Willard and Helen Smith of Moorefield; and his siblings, Lucky Bowersock, Rose Bowersock, Ella Mae Bowersock, Mary McWilliams and Penny Ferguson. He is also survived by several grandchildren, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
