He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Taggart and Edna Fulton Taggart; his son Curtis Taggart; and his brother Graydon Russell Taggart. He is survived by: his siblings, Dean Taggart (Joy) of Cadiz and Jean Stewart (Bob) of Freeport.
