It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger W. Skinner of Cadiz, Ohio, who passed away on October 2, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Skinner and Lucille Skinner; and his brother Todd. He is survived by: his wife Lola; his children, Stacy Skinner and Jason Skinner (Katie); his grandchildren, Colten and Olivia; his daughters, Anna and Elizabeth Tipton; and his siblings, Kenneth, Alvin, Scott and Robin.
