He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathy Post Smith of Martins Ferry and Wayne Boyd Smith; his children, Alex Lee Smith of Glencoe, Brianna Smith of Glencoe, Hailey Smith of Glencoe and Cecily Crawford of Parkersburg, WV; and his brothers, Michael Norman (Christina) of Germany, Sean Norman of Brilliant and Erik Smith of Cadiz.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
