He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Blake (Red) and Mary Blake of Virginia; his brother Marion Blake; his mother-in-law Delores Oszust; and his brother-in-law Edward Oszust Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Oszust; his children, Mike (Stephanie) of Madison, OH, Teresa Rutter (Don) of Cadiz, OH, Holly Williams (Nate) of Cadiz, OH and Jody Stromsky (Craig) of Cadiz, OH; his siblings, Ronald Blake of California and Beverly Harmon (Bob); his father-in-law Ed Oszust Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Snider (Terry) and Bruce Oszust; and his pets, Hunter and Heidi. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
