He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Blake and Mildred Adams Blake. He is survived by: his siblings, Francis, Robert Blake, Dorothy Norris, Martha Ferri, Emerson Blake of Alexandria, Virginia and Betty Lou Mattern (Albert) of Cadiz; and his stepson Roger Reeder (Dawn) of Wadsworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
