It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Grim of Cadiz, Ohio, who passed away on March 6, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Wilford Harris. She is survived by: her mother Amanda Adeline LaPorte Harris; her siblings, LeRoy, Charles Harris, Sr., Esther Lachendro, Jean Taggart and Pamela Tenley; her sons, Harold Jackson, Jr. of Cadiz, Tim Jackson of Pinetop and John Jackson of Conneaut, Ohio; her grandchildren, Adrian Jackson and Timothy Cole Jackson; and her close friend Bobby Tuck.
