He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tenley and Josie Pearl Tenley (Bolen); his former wife Jeanette Tenley (Vannoy); his wife Pamela Sue Tenley (Harris); and his siblings, Earl Tenley, Roger Tenley and Belva Jones (Kennedy).
He is survived by: his sons, David Tenley (Diane) of Wadsworth and Greg Tenley (Lori) of Jewett, Ohio; his siblings, Donald Kennedy of Barnesville, Ohio and Mary Carpenter (Kennedy) of Supply; and his sister-in-law Tambra Harris of Cadiz, Ohio. He is also survived by four grandsons; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to SouthernCare Hospice, 100 Welday St Suite G, Wintersville, OH 43953.
