She is survived by: her mother Deanna Paige Bigley; her husband David Werdebaugh; her children, Daniel Noggle of Arizona, Joni Parker of Vandalia and Frank Noggle of Miamisburg Ohio; and her siblings, John Bigley, Robert Bigley Jr., Amy Scheliro, Earl Bigley and Michael Thompson.
