He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Thompson and Ruby Miller Thompson; his stepdaughter Cathy M Wells of Cadiz; his siblings, Raymond (Louise) of Minerva, Walter (Dorthea) of Jewett, Byron of Jewett, Eva Eileen, Mildred Keffer (Glen) of Dover, Thelma Bailey of Jewett and Ruth Yost (Bill) of Piedmont; and his son-in-law Louis Paul Jones of Cadiz, Ohio..
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Cordner Brown Thompson of Cadiz; his daughters, Cathy Murral (Lynn) of Rice's Landing, PA and Sondra Jones of Cadiz; his stepson Gary Brown (Joyce) of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Cari Murral of Morgantown, Clayton Murral (Mary) of Pittsburgh, Andy Bates (Jessica) of Cadiz, Tanile Dulkoski (Mark) of Cadiz and Chelsea Currence (Gary Bethel) of Cadiz; and his sister Shirley Waller (Dave) of Florida. He is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren.
A private service will be held due to the Covid-19 Pandemic at Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home, Cadiz with Pastor Jon Little officiating.
