She is survived by: her sons, John Bates (Toni) of Freeport and Matthew Bates (Stacie) of Hopedale; her grandchildren, Damian Bates, Heidi Davis, Luke Bates, Dustin Bates and Nicole Blanton; and her siblings, Anthony Lewis DeWalt (Gail) of Cadiz and Lila Bates of Moorefield, Ohio.. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
