She was predeceased by: her father Avril "Flip" Glen Best; and her great grandchild Penelope. She is survived by: her mother Mary M. Thompson Best of Cadiz; her husband Edward H. Banks, Jr.; her children, Michael Best (Jodi) of Cadiz, Edward Banks III (Kristi) of Cadiz and Amy Banks of Atlanta, GA; and her siblings, Avril "Flip" Best (Tammy) of Cadz, Mark Best of Tennessee, Kevin Best (Tammy) of Cadiz, Craig Best (Karla) of Cadiz, Virginia Reynolds (Ken) of Cadiz and Cathy Stotts of Senecaville, OH. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID 19 Virus, a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
