We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2023, at the age of 66, Mary Ellen Kelley of Cadiz, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Ray and Mary Matima Davia Ray; and her brothers, William Weaver and Gary Weaver. She is survived by: her husband Frederick William Kelley of Cadiz; her sons, Brandon Kelley (Lexi) of Canton and Cameron Kelley (Amy) of Sherrodsville; her stepchildren, Jim Kelley (Debbie) of Harlem Springs and Shawn Finnegan (Bob) of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Madison, Brooklyn, Branson, Kason, Quinn and Colt Kelley; her stepgranddaughters, Niki Stutz (Jason) and Jessica Nelson; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kenton Stutz and Rowan Stutz; and her siblings, Cheryl Ridgeway (Bud) of Cadiz, Kenny Ray (Toni) of Barton, WV, Rick Ray of Cadiz and Jeff Ray (Tina) of Cadiz.
