She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Lee and Laura Anne Weiss Slaven; and her husband Randy Blehschmidt. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Griffith (Gary) of Cadiz; her sister Laura Prokes of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Jenna, Laura and Tyler Griffith; her niece Heather Prokes Borkoski (Anthony); her nephew A. J. Blehschmidt; her great-nephew Tristan Borkoski; and her great-niece Ava Borkoski.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings are required.
